CANCELLATION POLICY
Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is offered. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, a 50% fee will be applied. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and it interferes with another client's appointment, it will result in rescheduling or cancellation of your time slot. You will still be charged the 50% fee. No-Show/Cancellation Policy: If you do not attend your appointment or cancel within 2 hours without prior contact, a 50% fee will also be charged. Repeated Incidents: After three no-call/no-show occurrences, future appointments will require a 50% deposit prior to booking through my site.
